There have been reports of motorcyclists being stopped by Winnipeg
Police Services, (under the pretext of a vehicle safety check), for purposes of doing a sound emissions check on motorcycle mufflers.
Let us know if you have been stopped and send the link to this survey to any of your riding friends who have also been stopped. In order to help CMMG
